TYLER KNIGHT FOUNDATION INC Welcomes You

Helping Children achieve better Outcomes.

What We Do

The Tyler Knight Foundation was started after a long battle with an inadequate Mental Health System that culminated with our Grandson Chris Murdering his Father Tyler Knight and Bethany Mullican on November 7th 2022.  We were Chris's legal guardians and had custody of him for many years.  Chris had severe Behavioral problems and was diagnosed with a plethora of Mental Health problems from ADHD to ODD, PTSD, DMDD and the list goes on.  He was prescribed and administered copious amounts of drugs, he seen endless Therapists and Psychologists all to no avail. We even placed him in short-term live-in programs again with little to no improvement.

We have lived the torment that many of you are currently enduring, we understand through experience the frustration and desperation of your situationwe are dedicated in our mission to deliver better outcomes for your children and in doing so relieve the burden that is stowed upon you as a guardian of a child with Behavioral and or Mental Health problems.

  1. In the short term we offer support through helping families navigate the help that is currently available.

  2. We are here to let you know that you are not alone and that your frustrations are rational and understandable.  (we never judge and are here 24/7 with an understanding ear)

  3. We will share with you our experiences and help as best we can in trying to supply coping skills and techniques. and keep abreast of the latest inroads in a problem that continues to grow expeditiously each year.

  4. In the long term our goal is to Research and develop Treatment options that do have a beneficial effect on these children, each Child has differing responses to treatment and should be treated with a suitable program tailored to the individual.

  5. Making sure treatment is accessible to all Children regardless of Economic status, Geographical location, Ethnicity and the severity of their infliction.
